With the new year well underway, I’ve been taking time to reflect on what 2025 meant for our community—and for me personally as a founder.

Last year was a powerful reminder of what’s possible when brokers come together with a shared commitment to learning, collaboration, and raising the standard of our industry. With the continued support of our members, in 2025 we:

  • Launched our member portal to give brokers a centralized place for industry resources, educational content, and an expanded lender guide
  • Delivered more than 100 hours of education designed to support brokers at every stage of growth
  • Expanded our lender guide with 10 new lending partners
  • Hosted 47 weekly webinars connecting members with respected industry leaders
  • Produced our annual Conference & Expo, featuring a sold-out exhibit hall with 60 lenders and service providers and increased overall attendance

Looking ahead, my focus—and our team’s focus—remains on executing these benefits at a high level while continuing to build for long-term impact. In 2026, we’re also committed to:

  • Doubling our workshop offerings by delivering one high-impact educational experience each quarter, focused on practical tools, timely insights, and real business outcomes—at no additional cost to members. I encourage you to check out our events calendar and plan ahead for what’s coming.
  • Enhancing member communication and engagement through more timely portal and app notifications, paired with thoughtful email check-ins and targeted outreach to ensure members feel informed, supported, and connected
  • Advancing our Conference & Expo programming with more intentional, high-value content that reflects where the industry is headed, including improved breakout session timing, reimagined general sessions with engaging subject matter, and expanded exhibit hall hours to create more meaningful networking opportunities

I’m incredibly grateful for the momentum we’ve built, the lessons we’ve learned, and the people who continue to show up and invest in this community. Here’s to building on that foundation—and to making the year ahead even stronger, together.
