How Do I Know My Booth Number for CLBA 2026?

Partners will receive their booth assignment numbers approximately one month before the conference.

How Do I Ship My Booth Items To Indianapolis for CLBA 2026?

After your partnership payment is processed, you’ll receive an automated email from Alliance, our trusted hotel shipping partner. This email will include detailed instructions on accessing their client portal. Please keep in mind that all shipments must be handled exclusively through Alliance—no outside shipping companies are allowed.

May We Carry Our Booth Items In?

Yes, You may carry your booth items in and out, but the hotel is not required to provide you with any sort of cart to transport your materials form the lobby to the ballroom.

Can I Choose My Booth Placement?

Booth locations are assigned based on partnership level, date of payment, and availability. Specific requests can be submitted, but assignments are not guaranteed.

When Is the Deadline to Submit My Marketing Assets?

The deadline to submit your logo, business description and ad artwork is September 1, 2026.
